As a trainer, coach, facilitator, cooperating foreman and director I have extensive experience – more than 20 years – in the field of “hands-on” innovation management, strategy management, supervising product and service development projects, thinking tanks, change management and building up Entrepreneurial teams in multinationals and SMEs. Both nationally and internationally, among others, for companies such as Aegon, Reed Elsevier and DSM. In addition to my training as a communication expert and business administrator, I am certified in design thinking, lateral thinking, the lean startup method, the six thinking hats method and trendwatching.
I went through the five steps of the direction innovation program myself when setting up my company TWNQL. I have found the importance of powerful direction, in the form of structure and results, in the development of new products and services.
I like to inspire people, without losing sight of practical results. I believe in doing and experiencing myself. Over the years I have built up strong analytical skills together with a powerful creative intuition. I have noticed that you need both to achieve successful innovation.
I have a passion for creative thinking. My personal slogan is: one idea is not an idea, and the crazier the idea, the more chance of success.
My background and extensive experience helps you and your organization to apply a powerful structure and guarantee a clear result during the training and supervision of innovation projects.
